The design is only one part of a group shirt order. You also need the right sizes, a clear quantity and enough information to check whether the order can be ready for your event. A single shared list makes those decisions easier.

1. Decide what the shirts need to do

Are you outfitting a business, getting a team ready for a gathering or making a family event feel connected? Choose one main message and identify who will wear the apparel. A large graphic and a small business logo solve different problems.

Tell us whether you need T-shirts, sweatshirts or hoodies. If you want more than one garment type, list them separately so the options can be reviewed accurately.

2. Collect sizes before confirming quantities

Ask each person to check the size information for the garment being considered. Do not assume that someone who wears a medium in one style will want a medium in every other style.

A useful order list has these columns:

  • Person or group label
  • Garment type
  • Size and quantity
  • Preferred color
  • Personalization, if requested

For example, “T-shirt, navy, M: 6; L: 8; XL: 4” is easier to review than “18 mixed shirts.” This is a planning example, not a statement of current color availability. Avoid sending private information that is not needed for the order.

3. Choose one person to approve the artwork

Collect the original logo or design, check spelling and decide which version the group will use. If different people need different names, keep those entries clearly matched to their garments and sizes.

Our logo preparation guide explains how to check image clarity, backgrounds and contrast. If a school, organization or business owns the artwork, make sure you have permission to use it.

4. Give us the date you actually need the order

Share the date you need the apparel in hand, along with your delivery ZIP code or interest in local pickup. An event date is different from a ship date. Custom and bulk timing depends on the project, so contact us before making a deadline-dependent purchase.

Rushy Prints serves Richardson and the Dallas–Fort Worth area, as well as customers ordering online across the U.S. Arrange any Richardson pickup with our team before visiting. A quote request does not reserve a production slot or guarantee an arrival date.

5. Send a complete quote request

Copy this checklist into the Bulk & Team Orders form:

  • What the apparel is for
  • Garment type and estimated quantity
  • Size breakdown and preferred colors
  • Artwork description and whether you have a file ready
  • Any requested personalization
  • Needed-by date and delivery ZIP code or pickup request
  • Your name and best contact email

We will confirm available options, pricing and timing before you place an order. If your list changes, let us know before confirming the project.
