  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, and we will notify you accordingly.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $75 (within the U.S.).

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days in the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery at an additional cost.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by using our Shopify order tracking page.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Rushy Prints is not liable for delays caused by customs processes or international carrier issues
