What kind of artwork should I upload?

Use your original, highest-quality artwork rather than a screenshot. Check the file formats accepted by the design tool and review the preview before ordering. If the image looks blurry or has an unwanted background, ask us for help before placing your order.

How do I choose the right size?

Can I return a personalized item?

How should I care for my printed apparel?

Follow the care label on your garment. To help protect the print, wash the garment inside out and avoid ironing directly over the design. Check the label before choosing a wash temperature or tumble-dryer setting.
